The Anaheim, California branch of Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Branch Sales Manager to provide direct leadership and oversight to sales account executives in growing the service, open order, modernization, and new equipment business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading sales associates to meet or exceed branch sales plan

  • Identifying and sharing best sales practices

  • Developing and leading sales training initiatives to enhance sales performance

  • Developing, implementing and conducting new sales associate training program

  • Set up customer information sessions and work closely with the General Manager

Qualification:

  • Sales experience within the elevator industry is required. Preferred candidate will have sales and leadership experience

  • Candidates must possess proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people with diverse background of all levels and disciplines

  • Candidates must be able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

  • Candidates must possess strong leadership and team building skills

  • Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must

  • Candidates must have strong computer skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in relevant work experience
