Primary Responsibilities

  • Continuous Improvement/ ACE

  • Quality Assurance

  • Repair and Overhauls Station and OE

  • Leads a project team or multiple smaller project teams or leads a multi-disciplines functional team

  • Prepares, monitors, and may be responsible for budget, staffing, and or business/operational results of a functional team or project

  • Directly manages individual contributors and may manage supervisors or group leaders

  • Actively support the organization's efforts to meet or exceed goals and plans

  • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements

  • Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards

  • Attend scheduled EH&S and Ethics training program

  • Recommend improved EH&S practices| Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace or other assembly and test

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Aerospace OE manufacturing and MRO, assembly and test and processes of mechanical and electronic components (highly desired).

  • Knowledge of FAA Par 21 and Par 145 requirements rules and regulations preferred, in addition to high exposure of non-US Aerospace regulatory agencies are keys to a successful candidate

Education:

  • BA/BS degree with 6-10 years experience

  • MA/MS degree with 4-7 years experience

  • Ph.D. degree with 2-4 years experience
