You will be responsible for the delivery of field services and in-house customer support, providing assigned customers with continuous technical, commercial and operational program support. This role requires a highly motivated self-directed individual who will be available on a 24/7/365 basis, so we can deliver a world-class Customer Support experience. Will cover primarily South Central California and surrounding area.
This is a challenging and highly visible role in Field Services, providing in-house program and customer support.
Responsible for entire projects with significant scope and complexity
May develop and coach other P&W associates as a Field Support Representative (FSR) you will be dedicated to a P&WC Customer region and serve as a main point of contact and P&WC ambassador for them
You will provide on-site assistance and solutions for all technical, commercial and operational problems
Provide guidance for the implementation of engine maintenance programs The FSR will respond to and clarify technical and commercial issues for the operator and FBO's in the customer’s network, and work closely with the Programs, Customer Engineering, Field Operations and other P&WC organizations to ensure customer problems are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
The FSR will provide on-time reporting for aircraft and engine events, and the tracking of customer commitments and transactions
You must be willing to travel and work extended hours, when required
Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Maintenance, Aerodynamics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Operations with 7+ years' experience in similar field OR
Master degree with 5 years' experience in similar field OR
A&P License with 10 years of relevant experience
U.S. Citizenship due to government contracts
Extensive experience on P&WC Products
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English You possess a strong track record of making presentations to specialized groups at all levels of an organization
Possess self-motivation and a successful track record of working with limited supervision You're a phenomenal teammate, able to both take and give direction in order to expeditiously tackle customer issuesDo you feel fulfilled when you help others succeed?
