Responsible for cultivating strong key customer engagements and relationship building, including understanding key customer's needs and strategies, and driving coordination of the business wide initiatives and programs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across Landing Systems, Actuation Systems, Propeller Systems, Cargo, and Hoist & Winch.

Serves as a single point of contact for key customer cross business opportunities and major issue resolution across the business including Landing Systems, Actuation Systems, Propeller Systems, Cargo, and Hoist & Winch, as well as the customer advocate within the major business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Anticipates and identifies future opportunities, working closely with central business unit's business development teams. Instrumental member of pursuit team for critical wins across the businesses.

  • Ensures customer contact plans in place and executed.

  • Tracks customer performance and works with the Landing Systems, Actuation Systems, Propeller Systems, Cargo, and Hoist & Winch sites to ensure get to green recovery plans are executed to commitment.

  • Ensures organizational awareness and engagement to resolve critical customer issues.

  • Deploys robust business development processes across the organization, including proposal review and approval processes in conjunction with finance and contracts.

  • Ensures business development resource alignment and clear roles and responsibilities across the Landing Systems, Actuation Systems, Propeller Systems, Cargo, and Hoist & Winch businesses.

  • Establishes tight linkage with UTAS level customer account management, leveraging customer and market relationships to create value, synergies and technologies to drive future growth and market opportunities.

  • Keeps the major business unit's leadership team informed on key trends, segment risks and opportunities.

Education:

  • Four Year Degree is required, Masters degree is preferred
