Key Job Requirements:

The Southern Region of Otis Americas has an opening(s) Regional Sales Manager(s) to lead the Modernization and Open Order sales function for the region.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to ):

  • Standardize MOD & MSIP training process across region

  • Provide oversight to all MOD projects including surveys, estimates and proposal support

  • Build strong working relationships with consultants and vendors to promote consistency and preference

  • Train reps on MOD process, Compass Plus and E-log

  • Participate in major projects including weekly MPRs (Major Project Review) and customer presentations

  • Partner with MOD Ops to understand the labor tracker and develop strategy to execute mod sales plan

  • Support branch leadership in administration of capital planner process execution

  • Manage process training for standard product & pricing and surveying MOD jobs

  • Partner with internal function groups (Florence, major projects, OSC, marketing) to execute process steps and achieve success

Qualification:

  • Elevator Industry experience STRONGLY preferred

  • Ability to coach, train and lead others through influence

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly develop relationships and partner with line management

  • Ability to proactively drive process improvement, problem solve and interact with all levels within the organization

  • Proficiency with MS office

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills that facilitates cross function interaction

  • Proven ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field + 8 years experience

  • Master's degree + 5 years experience
