The Operations Accelerated Development Program (OADP) accelerates the growth and development of early-career talent with the goal of building a pipeline of talent in the Operations and Supply Chain organizations. This four year rotational program exposes the associate – who will enter the program at the P1 level – to challenging assignments and opportunities that will build a strong understanding of our business. The OADP rotations are designed to provide hands-on experience in different functional areas to position the associate for success. The first three rotations will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Each rotation will last 8 months and will expose the associate to Supply Chain Management, Contracts and Compliance, and Digital Operations Growth Strategies. Following the completion of the Charlotte-based rotations, the program participants will then transition to an Operating Location and complete the below listed rotations. The site-level rotations would be targeted to last about 8 months each.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement/Operations Excellence

  • Materials Management

  • Unit-Level Operations Management

  • As an integral part of the program, OADP Associates will be assigned a business champion during each rotation and an HR mentor who will be fully invested in the program’s success and ensuring that participant experiences are in alignment with the program objectives.

  • Following the completion of the rotational program, it is expected that OADP graduates will have the opportunity to express interest in professional opportunities in any of the key skill areas listed above.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time across the duration of the program, with a willingness to travel up to 50% during peak periods in certain rotations

  • Flexibility and willingness to relocate to a mutually agreed operating location at the completion of the Charlotte rotations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience via student organizations, athletics, volunteerism or similar activities, while enrolled in school

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Previous leadership or management experience – including prior military experience

  • Previous internship or co-op experience

  • Advanced degrees in the areas of Business Administration, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain Management or other related degree programs

Education:

  • You must have earned a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field and have graduated prior to May/June of 2019 with a GPA of 3.2 or greater.
