Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage various FP&A related analyses for the Airbus programs portfolio.

  • Preparation, oversight, and review of FP&A related monthly performance and forecasts, annual business plans, LE (Latest Estimate) updates, and EAC (Estimate At Completion).

  • Plans, forecasts and compares program and portfolio level statements of income and cash flow, and the associated balance sheets.

  • Prepares, consolidates, analyzes and documents financial data used to summarize and measure status, evaluation of business plans, identification of variances and predicts results.

  • Prepares, monitors, and may be responsible for the budget, staffing, and or business/operational results of a functional team or project.

  • Provides financial and cost reporting in support of high visibility metrics such as senior leadership LE reviews, PDPR reviews, Cost Summit, and Plan reviews.

  • Partner with the program and senior leadership in support of long-term financial strategy by constructing and analyzing financial models for various projects.

  • Formulate and lead process and system improvements through Continuous Improvement events, introducing new methods and approaches, establishing best practices and managing Standard Work.

  • Support ad hoc requests from internal and external customers.

  • Interact with and support internal/external auditors as needed.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to explain financial gaps/metrics.

  • Strong problem-solving skills as well as business writing and communication skills.

  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Aerospace/Manufacturing

  • Experience with ERP/SAP and SAP Business Intelligence suite (Business Objects, BEx Query Designer)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 0-2 years experience is required.

  • Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field a plus.
