Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • You define long-term and short-term goals of all Value Streams manufacturing activity

  • You are Responsible for the planning, monitoring, control and execution of a variety of projects as it relates to Business Transition Strategy

  • You develop a high performance team by Supervising Operational and Technical Staff to include, but limited to hiring staff, staff development and delivery commitment

  • You plan, organize and implement lean manufacturing principles in the Value Streams, reducing operational cost and improving Customer Satisfaction

  • You work with SIOP, Supply Chain, Material Management to assure schedule alignment and appropriate workflow to meet Customer Demand

  • You develop, implement, and manage year over year annual plans for all Value Streams and Financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis to achievement of sales plan

  • Strong communication and project leadership skills

  • Creative thinking: can translate business problems to solutions.

  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities

  • Passion and understanding for EH&S initiatives

  • SAP experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field

  • 2+ years of leadership role

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience

  • US Citizen due to program requirements
