A team member at this level is expected to perform a wide variety of the most highly complex work at a consistent level of excellence which exceeds normal expectation. Modify and enhance tooling, equipment, manufacturing or inspection processes. Direct the work of team members engaged in implementation of said improvements. Comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Duties:

  • You will investigate and resolve transient or complex problems beyond repair. Recommend, seek and obtain approval, and implement permanent solutions.

  • You will understand and interpret appropriate documentation to achieve job goals and objectives. Create documentation to substantiate problem resolution and work with appropriate parties to enter into the necessary procedures and systems.

  • You will monitor and review processes to anticipate potential problems. Recommend and implement preventive action as outlined above.

  • You will perform unrelated duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the facility.

  • You will perform in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures and policies.

Qualification:

Required qualifications:

  • High School or GED

  • Minimum of 2 years working in an aerospace manufacturing facility or college degree

  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts

Preferred qualifications:

  • College Degree in a science or engineering field preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years Quality Inspection working with Jet Engine parts

  • Minimum of 3 years working in Quality Inspection

  • Craft clear communication

  • Analytical Skills

  • Creative troubleshooting skills

  • Possess excellent judgement and professional maturity

  • Possess exceptional people and interpersonal skills.
