A team member at this level is expected to conduct routine audits, to prepare for internal and third party audits. This position ensures that organizational process, the goods and services that result aligns with the requirements of standards as well as customer, regulatory, and the organization’s own requirements. Comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirement.

Duties:

  • You will conduct routine audits, as assigned, to prepare for internal and third party audits

  • You will support third party audit prep and execution of audits

  • You will participate in internal and external quality/technical audits

  • Assist in development of audit plans and audit schedules

  • You may develop internal auditing/testing parameters and support external supplier/vendor assist audits in support of the supplier performance team

  • You will assist audit team in developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed

  • Obtain, analyze and evaluate documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc. for compliance

  • Coordinate and communicate audit schedules and plans with process areas

  • Assist and work in conjunction with auditees and other auditors (internal and external) during the course of an audit

  • You will support lead auditor in supplier process/performance reviews Assist technical experts (i.e. NDT level III, Chemist, Calibration technicians, engineers) with internal and external auditing per certification and regulatory requirements

  • You will deliver training associated with audits and quality requirements compliance Generate quality forms and records associated with audits

  • Positive Relationships

  • You will perform all tasks at the highest level of safety awareness

Education / Certifications

  • High school graduate or GED

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED

  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts

  • 2 plus years working in an audit role or minimum of 2 years degree/certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working in an audit role in a Quality function (i.e. inspector, auditor, technician, etc.)

  • Aerospace experience

  • Ability to perform audits without guidance

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Craft clear communication

  • Analytical Skills

  • Creative troubleshooting skills

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • SAP experience

  • Possess excellent judgment and professional maturity

  • Possess exceptional people and interpersonal skills.
