As a member of our dynamic software team, you'll be working in a Microsoft Windows environment to develop cutting edge video security software using a variety of technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze, design and develop, feature level architecture, write code and execute unit testing

  • Review and refine requirements to guide programming and software development

  • Plan and estimate development work

  • Architect, design, implement and maintain software solutions

  • Assist with test plans and documentation

  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms

Qualification:

  • We are looking for someone with 4-7+ years of experience in software development and/or engineering capacity that has familiarity with the following:

  • Object-oriented programming

  • Digital video systems

  • Client-server architectures

  • Web technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript

  • ADO.NET

  • Internationalized software

  • RDBMS systems, specifically SQL Server and SQlite

  • Multi-threaded software

  • Strong team-player who can collaborate with colleagues

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies

  • Experience with defect tracking software (e.g., HPQC)

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering

  • Master’s degree desired
