Description:

The Enterprise Capacity & Materials Planning Strategy (ECMPS) team within Pratt & Whitney is a rapidly growing organization established to assess the demand and output capacity of the entire P&W operations and supply chain network. Major functions of the ECMPS organization are Demand Management, Risk Management, Network Capacity, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Master Scheduling. Description of Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance, and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the company's operational and strategic risk across the product life cycle. In addition this position will be responsible for: developing Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks, manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework, ensure the organization's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, rating agency standards, and strategic imperatives of the organization. Establish the Enterprise Risk Management architecture for the company, oversee or monitor operational risk management activities of the organization. This position will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing risks within the company's business and functional units and reports on these risks. Chair or provide key inputs into the company's enterprise risk or other committee that oversees the enterprise risk management process and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. This position also may have responsibilities for Risk Management and / or Business Continuity Planning activities for the organization.

Qualification: Must demonstrate proficient project management experience including large scale change management with ability to handle large scale change initiatives Must demonstrate effective and strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others. Must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines. Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment to effectively meet deadlines. Must be motivated, detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision. Must be a highly motivated, self-directed worker.

Education: Must possess a Bachelor of Science with minimum of 10+ years leadership experience MS preferred. MS in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related field with 7+ years experience preferred
