DO YOU HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TO JOIN OUR TEAM?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of our International Aero Engines group and the Commercial Engine Business as well as interacting with Financial Planning & Analysis, Invoicing, General Accounting and Consolidations and Collaboration Accounting. You will work closely with Fleet Introductory Assistance (FIA) managers to ensure all FIA payments are forecasted and paid according to Commercial Contracts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with managing the Fleet Introductory Assistance payments $4B in 2017 including: Forecast reporting, reconciliation of FIA payments to contract accounting system, ensuring approvals are obtained and FIA wires are disbursed timely

  • Updating SAP for IAE LLC billings for Pre-delivery payments (PDP) on spare engines

  • Completing IAE monthly FIA Party Company reporting packages

  • Preparing actual FIA Partner Share reporting monthly and forecasting quarterly

  • Maintaining IAE Engine Backlog report on a monthly basis

  • Supporting general accounting / special projects, as required.

Systems Exposed To: MS Office products, SAP, HFM and Access knowledge.

Qualification:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a Financial role

  • You are a US Person (Permanent Resident) or US Citizen

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have Strong analytical skills

  • You can provide examples of effective teamwork and flexibility

  • You have a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates

  • You demonstrate high energy

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
