As part of it all, as a new graduate, you’ll have ample opportunity to use your extraordinary skills and enjoy dynamic experiences in the process. The Commercial Engines Development Program (CEDP) is a two year rotational program for new college graduates.

Development occurs through four dynamic 6-month assignments throughout Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Engine Business in East Hartford, Connecticut. The program provides exposure to the following areas:

  • New Engine Sales: You'll grow our portfolio of airline customers through exciting sales campaigns

  • Engine Services: You will handle long-term engine maintenance contracts for our customers

  • Spare Sales: You will Manage the logistics for selling engine parts

  • Customer Support: You'll build and maintain our customer relationships and helps ensure our engine fleets are operating smoothly

  • At the conclusion of the CEDP assignments, graduates are ready to assume a key position in Commercial Engines.

  • Must Be A US Citizen due to government contracts.

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 - with the Degree in Business, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or Finance is required.
