Pratt and Whitney, a subsidiary of UTC, is a world leader in the design, manufacture and support of engines for commercial, military and regional aircrafts, as well as a leader in the production of space propulsion systems.

The aerothermal systems group is looking for talented engineers to work in the following aerothermal areas: internal air systems and thermal analysis and propulsion system thermal integration.

This position in the Aerodynamics organization may be part of the Engineering Development Program at Pratt & Whitney. The Engineering Development Program, or EDP, is a multi-year program for new College hires that has been implemented to:

1) accelerate technical capability through substantive work rotations focused in specific disciplines;

2) connect EDP participants with a network of technical resources & engineering experts.

The EDP offers new employees the opportunity to rotate through assignments in the organization that provide focused classroom training & technical work experiences.

Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?

  • You're in an accredited four year degree program and are entering or currently in your last year.

  • You are graduating by Summer 2020

  • You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale

How about any of these Preferred Qualifications?

  • Entry-level Co-op/internship experience

  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills and proven track record of collaboration, adaptability, innovation and initiative

  • You demonstrate good analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Every new Aerodynamics organization employee hired as a college new hire may be slated to participate in the Engineering Development Program.
