Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for all MMP/FMP F100 International programs.

  • Lead a team of analysts to execute program requirements.

  • Manage production plans, material forecast, and inventory levels to ensure fleet sustainment while meeting program inventory, inventory turns, and cost targets.

  • Support Material Management Programs (MMP) proposal activity.

  • Participate in contract negotiations, responsible of Bill of Materials (BOM), induction plan, customer stock, logistics and definition of MMP concepts to support customer needs.

  • Find opportunities of improvement within the organization and lead the implementation of processes and procedures to meet customer needs.

  • Point of contact and facilitator of communication between customer and Pratt & Whitney.

  • Define measure and report performance metrics needed to meet customer requirements.

  • Ensure Fleet Readiness Excellence process is applied to keep customer fleets safe and supportable.

  • Responsible for MAM process for all unmanaged fleets Generation and justification of part forecast to support projected fleets maintenance activities.

  • Lead and/or support IT initiatives that impact the MMP organization. Demand planning/ APO/ 36 month forecast/PFS tool/MCA created and ACCESS database with reports and metrics to ease the management of all MMP programs.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Materials Management, Program Management, or Contract Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced Business degree

  • Experience as a Manager or Supervisor

  • US Citizenship required due to government contracts
