The engine program that powers the F-22 Raptor fighter aircraft has an opening for a high proficiency, motivated, self-starting Lead Customer Support Engineer. The lead position will have responsibility to coordinate, develop and review deliverables from other module’s hardware CSEs. F119 Hardware CSEs will provide field sustainment activities and are an integral member of the engineering Component Integrated Product Teams for hardware. The lead CSE will have demonstrated proficiency and leadership for activities including: - Ensure Module Center CSE deliverables achieve 100% on-time and accurate (PP, DR, MERLIN, TOD, etc.) - Ensure module center CSEs are adequately prepared to present at technical conferences, safety meetings, etc. as measured by meeting MFA. - Review module center CSE deliverable reviews to ensure high quality - Complete module center CSE deliverables when CSEs are out of office or volume is high - Help module center CSE’s increase their deliverable proficiency levels - Provide on the job training and mentoring for new CSEs in the module center - Learn applicable standard work. Become familiar with best practices and opportunities for standardization across CSE. - Work with CSE supervisors to assess current CSE proficiency levels to support their performance connection meetings. Some travel required. Candidate must have ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of professional experience

  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technology industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Field

  • 5+ years related experience, especially with P&W Customer Support

  • Ability to drive team members to closure of a high volume of tasks

  • Strong prioritization and multi-task management skills

  • Strong technical writing skills

  • Self motivated analytical thinker who is able to see the "big picture"

  • Demonstrated ability for problem solving and strong work ethic

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
