Do you have the experience to join our team?

Our Group in Customer Support Engineering is seeking a someone to support the sustainment and development of the F135 off-board engine health and management system. This opportunity allows you to take action in a broad range of topics, providing numerous opportunities for growth, learning, and exposure. You will be supporting F135 in-service propulsion readiness at field base locations. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support and Resolve Field Issues.

  • Provide Prognostics Systems (OBPHM/ALIS) Improvements (Requirements Development and Verification)

  • Off-Board System Testing and Development

  • Effectively schedule and track issues to closure through written documentation

  • Present major issues and solutions to program management teams in various high level meetings

  • Ensure timely delivery of work product

  • Collaborate across internal and external Pratt & Whitney organizations

  • Able to travel 20%

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience (this includes experience using Microsoft Office Suite)

  • 4+ years of experience with engine or control systems operation

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics and root cause investigations

  • US Citizenship required due to Federal contract regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or Exposure to software development

  • Experience with Java

  • Problem solving skills

  • Communication skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, software, aerospace, etc.)
