You will provide leadership and management oversight of the F135 Propulsion System Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team's day shift unit level material readiness cell. The Supervisor will be responsible for the coordinated delivery of unit level F135 SCM services in support of the F-35’s (Joint Strike Fighter (JSF)) F135 Propulsion System Low Rate Initial Production and Flight Test Programs. You will lead a team that continuously refines material item management and logistics support capabilities across the unit level support environment, through the practical application of the ACE operating system fundamentals. Supervised activities include compliance with standard work to drive delivery of world-class SCM products and services across all aspects of F135 Initial & Replenishment Spares support, from final planning on the range & depth of spares to be ordered, to coordination of spares sales order placements, sales order follow-ups, expedites, and spares delivery tracking and status updates. Additionally, you will be directing the shift's data-driven and two-way redistribution of delivered Propulsion System spare materials to support global unit level fleet availability goals, and the repair pipeline.

You will also serve as a primary focal point for satisfaction of F135 SCM product and service delivery to F135 unit level international partners, and JSF operators outside of the continental United States.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 6 years of materials and/or logistics management.

  • Experience in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions, or with the materials management suite of a comparable Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of PW/UTC internal supply policies, practices, and standard work is highly desired.

  • Familiarity with engine Bills Of Material, spares configuration management databases, and spares provisioning tables is highly desired.

  • Good analytical skills are a must: individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems.transportation coordination, and the export and import of ITAR products and services is highly desired.

  • ​Prior direct supervisory experience over salaried and degreed personnel. Must be able to obtain required security clearances within 12-18 months and maintain.
