Job Description

Global Services Engineering (GSE) is looking for a high-energy individual to assist the GSE Program Managers to handle engine part repair development activities supporting Operational Commercial Engines (OCE.) Main focus will be Program support for the PW4000 Series, PW2000/F117, Engine Alliance GP7000, and P&W legacy engines. This position offers excellent opportunity for career progression into a GSE Program Manager role for you with appropriate educational credentials. The OCE Deputy Program Manager will assist GSE Program Managers to handle multiple priorities and projects in a globally distributed organization that supports P&W’s worldwide commercial customer base.

Responsibilities include assisting the GSE Program Managers:

  • You will track repair development task progress and clearing logistical roadblocks to ensure technical Repair Development Engineering (RDE) and Designated Engineering Representative (DER) tasks are completed to support on-time technical data delivery;

  • You will collaborate with the respective Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT), Component Integrated Product Teams (CIPT) and Customer Technical Services teams to report on repair development task status and maintain task priorities;

  • You will work with GSE Sector managers, RDEs, DERs Customer Technical Service (CTS), Maintenance Data Engineering (MDE), Materials & Processes Engineering (MPE), Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) units, Engine Services and the GSE Aftermarket Managers deployed to the CIPTs;

  • You will coordinate with GSE suppliers on outsourced repair development tasks;

  • You will work with financial processes and budgeting;

  • You will represent GSE at key meetings when the Program Manager cannot attend;

  • You will support repair sourcing activities as necessary;

  • You will provide ACE/Program Deployment Improvement Target team support;

  • You will engage in Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) data gathering.
