Description:

The Industrial Manager will be required to ensure all aspects of the Manufacturing Production Readiness are achieved by:

  • maintaining the Industrial Master Plan for the program development and production transition phases

  • working with CIPTs to assess industrial risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met

  • Lead external customer liaison on Operational elements of the program

  • Support program aftermarket industrial requirementsThe candidate will become a member of the cross-functional IPMT team. In this highly visible role, the employee will support all program activities with the coordination and maintenance of the program industrial plan with CIPTs, Module Centers, Partner Companies and Global Supply Chain.This position also gives the candidate the unique opportunity to lead Production related activities with Pratt & Whitney’s external customers. The candidate will support the program’s delivery, quality, and cost goals; including focused effort on supporting the customers Final Assembly Line activities. This position will promote teaming with the Program CIPTs, Systems Chiefs, Quality Manager and engine customers.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: delivery schedule assurance, supply chain sourcing & capacity assessment, transition of product and processes from development to production.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business / Management or related field with seven years' related experience. Manufacturing, Project or Program management experience preferred.
