Pratt Whitney, a United Technologies Company, is a global leader in aircraft propulsion and is behind many of the major advances in both military and commercial engines. We design, manufacture, and service aircraft engines, auxiliary and ground power units, and small turbojet propulsion products.

We are seeking a Industrial Manager to join our 17/24k team. The position will directly report into Deputy Production Chief and will be responsible for the program execution of the Nacelles Engines Integration (NEI) for the Embraer programs

The NEI Industrial Manager will be required to ensure all aspects of the Manufacturing Production Readiness are achieved by:

  • maintaining the Industrial Master Plan for the program development and production transition phases

  • working with CIPTs to assess industrial risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met

The candidate will become a member of the cross-functional CIPT team. In this highly visible role, the employee will support all program activities with the coordination and maintenance of the program industrial plan with CIPTs, Module Centers, Partner Companies and Global Supply Chain. This position also gives the candidate the unique opportunity to have regular contact with Pratt & Whitney’s external customers. The candidate will support the program’s delivery, quality, and cost goals; including focused effort on EVP learning and flight test engine deliveries. This position will promote teaming with the Program CIPTs, Systems Chiefs, Quality Manager and engine customers.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: delivery schedule assurance, supply chain sourcing & capacity assessment, transition of product and processes from development to production.

High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement using ACE Tools. Extensive proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and SAP

Education: Bachelor's degree or Masters in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or related field with a minimum of seven years' related experience. Manufacturing, Project or Program management experience preferred.
