Commercial Aftermarket Overhaul & Repair consists of a network of 10 repair sites , five engine overhaul centers, and global procurement. In this role, you will support the reporting, planning and analysis for these units at a headquarter level.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the consolidation and reporting of the Aftermarket Operations financials, which includes in-depth understanding of the global procurement and material logistics costs, as well as royalty income and expenses

  • Report on the O&R transactional monthly financial results and forecast to the Group FP&A during Month End closing meetings

  • Financial budgeting and analysis including forecasts

  • Coordination of month end reporting and forecasts including oversight of entity rollup in HFM

  • Assist FP&A team for quarterly Earnings Release preparation, including explanation of all financial variances for both profit & loss and balance sheet

  • Support the organization with all cost center transformation efforts, which includes development and implementation of new tools and reports to drive cost reduction in our shops and focus on profitability analysis at a product line level

  • Financial reporting and analysis of Aftermarket Operations cost, labor, and productivity metrics

  • Enhance the use of IT tools across the organization, including the development and management of Business Warehouse queries and reporting

  • Work closely with the Aftermarket sales team with aligning our financial forecast to their sales commits

  • Assist Group Strategy and Development with financial analysis as well as business cases, as requested

  • Assume a leadership role in networking closely with the business units while provide financial support on cost reduction projects, business cases and ad hoc financial analysis

  • Assist the with ad hoc presentations and financial analysis, when required for senior leadership

  • Provide key contributions to the Aftermarket Transformation initiative through development of Business Warehouse and HFM reporting

  • You will also provide financial and technical leadership to a cross functional team for the development of metrics

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree

  • 5+ years of finance or accounting experience

  • US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder) due to program requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Degree or MBA

  • Have a strong focus on continuous improvement

  • Maintain a keen focus on results

  • Have excellent MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Craft clear communication

  • Creative troubleshooting skills

  • Possess excellent judgment and professional maturity

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or the equivalent required.
