The Enterprise Capacity & Materials Planning Strategy (ECMPS) team within Pratt & Whitney is a rapidly growing organization established to assess the demand and output capacity of the entire P&W operations and supply chain network. Major functions of the ECMPS organization are Demand & Supply Management, Network Capacity, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Master Scheduling. The Planning, Scheduling and Controlling organization is looking for an analytical, results-driven individual to deliver materials planning process and systems improvements through project execution. You would need to be customer focused and motivated to work in a dynamic and highly interactive work environment that connects the P&W value stream. The Materials Process Tools and Methods Project Manager is a key role within the value stream. You would execute process and systems improvements to ensure schedule accuracy and enable schedule stability. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

•Develop project plans, set achievements, and identify deliverables

•Identify the key partners to ensure robust business requirements are identified

•Collaborate with DT Project Manager to ensure continuous project alignment

•Responsible for monitoring projects’ progress, milestones, identify any risks/project challenges to schedule and escalate when necessary

•Drive the projects forward and lead project activities

•Ensure business requirements are met

•Works to complete projects in a timely manner

Education:

Required:

•Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, project management or a related discipline

•7 years of prior relevant experience

•US Citizen

Preferred:

•Master's Degree in business, supply chain management, project management or a related discipline

•5 years experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement or a related field.
