This is a multi-faceted position in the ECMPS Military Spares Planning and Schedule Management group as an MRP controller managing material in F100/F119/F135/APU as well as Legacy programs. The major responsibility is to ensure that Military Customer requirements are accurately reflected to the producer by interfacing with numerous groups at various levels of management within the Military organization for defining customer requirements; negotiating reschedule activities at the part detail level with manufacturing and purchasing operations to assure parts availability for contractual requirements; working with manufacturing and purchasing operations to develop plans and actions to ensure on time delivery to the Customer; and managing forecasted schedules to prevent excess inventory build. These responsibilities require performance in a highly visible environment with a focus on ensuring on-time delivery to our customers.

  • Possess Excellent Judgement and professional maturity

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong desire to succeed and pursue personal growth and developmental opportunities

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confirmed ability to work effectively with all levels throughout the organization

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1+ years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing Strategies and Techniques

  • US citizenship required due to government contracts
