In this highly visible role, the employee will drive task execution within the Military Operations Production chief team through the F119 Spare & Overhaul Ramp.

The F119 Production Lead serve as the Operations contact with the Program Office, customers, plus Module Centers for resolution of delivery issues and risks.

Responsibilities will include:

•Partner with the Program Office, CIPTs, Module centers, and supply chain to assess industrial risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met

•Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to both the external and internal customers based on the assigned tasks

•Develop and execute on a delivery plan that aligns customer requirements to MRP

•Identify delivery risks through Assessment of standard performance metrics

You will Contribute to the cross-functional Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) and be an integral part of the Integrated Program Deployment (IPD) process. You will support the program’s delivery, quality, and cost goals; including focused effort on achieving required module component deliveries. This position will promote coordination with the Program CIPTs, Systems Chiefs, Quality Manager and engine customers.

Qualification:

Required Qualifications:

5 plus years of experience in operations or engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

7 plus years of experience in operations or engineering. Superior written and oral communication skills and demonstrated leadership skills required. Detail and results oriented with good problem solving skills. Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities. Understands strategic and business implications and works to provide best P&W solutions. Must have demonstrated experience working with executive level management. High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement using ACE Tools. Extensive proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and SAP. MRP/SAP experience is strongly preferred.
