An opportunity exists to join us, we are looking for you to fill the role of Repair Machinist!

You should possess a level of competency on machine usage and have an understanding of the Manufacturing/ Aerospace industry. You will assume a role integral to the production of our exceptional engines!

Your Responsibilities

•As a Blender Machinist you will perform bench repair, restoration and machining operations on engine parts and tools with hand and bench repair tasks to correct deteriorated conditions and prepare the parts to quality requirements.

•Select methods for engine part repair and tooling alteration using available equipment and recommend solutions to problems encountered while carrying out the work required.

•Perform complicated bench repair operations to restore parts where dimensional requirements to be maintained to close tolerances using a variety of fixed and variable precision measuring instruments.

•You will recognize the need and arrange for repair or replacement of equipment

•Routine servicing throughout the assigned area following specified procedures and written Instructions-such as operator's check list for upkeep and to assure equipment operates properly.

•This role is subject to FAA protocols

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma/ GED

•6+ Months experience with metal finishing methods/machine shop experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or graduation from certified

2+ Years experience Aerospace Engine Repair/ Hand Tool Blending

2+ Years Trades experience

Education: High School Diploma/ GED
