In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a SETA program in support of U.S. Government security requirements for multiple company locations. You will be called upon to create and deliver tailored security briefings covering a range of topics as related to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and update an established SETA program, including but not limited to, small group training and the creation and implementation of new training materials

  • Track and deliver all USG mandated initial and annual refresher briefings for cleared personnel

  • Create and distribute a quarterly security newsletter

  • Support internal and external security vulnerability assessments

  • Provide security training and briefings to various internal groups as requested

  • Assist department management with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree

  • 3+ years of professional work experience

  • Obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Previous Instructing or training experience

  • Initiative, creativity, strong written and verbal skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Creative troubleshooting skills

  • Possess excellent judgment and professional maturity

  • Multi-tasking abilities, have a client focus, adaptive, and work effectively in a time sensitive and dynamic environment
