Commercial Aftermarket Overhaul & Repair consists of a network of 10 repair sites, five engine overhaul centers, and global procurement. In this role, you will support the reporting, planning and analysis for these units at a headquarter level.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the consolidation, reporting and analysis of the Aftermarket Operations financials, which includes in-depth understanding of balance sheet and cash flow performance

  • Coordination of month end reporting and monthly/quarterly forecast including entity rollup in HFM

  • Support financial budgeting and analysis, including annual plan and long-range plan forecasts

  • Financial reporting and analysis of Aftermarket Operations cost, labor, and productivity metrics

  • Create and distribute various monthly operating reports, including operating metrics, repair receipts analysis, and invoice TAT

  • Partner and network closely with the business units while providing financial support on various projects, business cases and ad hoc financial analysis

  • Assist Aftermarket Operations and Finance executives with ad hoc presentations and financial analysis, when required

  • Assist the Group FP&A team in quarterly Earnings Release preparation, including explanation of all financial variances for both profit & loss and balance sheet

  • You'll provide key contributions to the Aftermarket Transformation initiative through development of Business Warehouse and HFM reporting

  • Provide financial and technical leadership to a cross functional team for the development of metrics and reporting tools supporting local management and international sites

  • To be successful in this role, you will have proven strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree

  • 3+ years of finance or accounting experience

  • US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder) due to program requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Degree or MBA

  • Strong technical skills, including HFM, Business Warehouse, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel skills

  • Have a strong focus on continuous improvement

  • Maintain a keen focus on results

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Craft clear communication

  • Creative troubleshooting skills

  • Possess excellent judgment and professional maturity

Education: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business. Advanced degree preferred.
