The System requirement manager is an integral member of the System Design and Component Integration (SD&CI) organization. The responsibilities included:

  • Obtain requirements from internal and external sources, including airframer, regulatory requirements, and internal design requirements

  • Ensure proper flow of requirements to CIPTs, and roll-up of Requirements Compliance status according to engineering standard work.

  • Defines/documents the Propulsion System Requirements Document (PSRD),

  • Documents/tracks certification/verification of Propulsion System requirements.

  • Support technical reviews with internal and external customers that show compliance with Propulsion System Requirements Documents and Engine Specifications.

Qualification: Required Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

  • 7+ years as a design or project engineer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Competent in Teamcenter, SharePoint, DOORS, for both Engine and Propulsion Systems products
