This role will assist and support exciting new projects and initiatives at Otis WHQ!

Position will:

  • Position will help support the WHQ Intern Program

  • Manage the HR SharePoint site and help with updates

  • Assist in analytic and reporting requests

  • Help support events and programs throughout the summer

  • Other HQ projects relating to HR and business transformation

Qualification:

Candidates must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have working knowledge of Microsoft Software applications. Candidates should be self-starters and be able to work with minimal direction. They should be able to communicate a clear understanding of their subject matter, work in cross-functional teams, respect individual differences and welcome diverse thinking, and offer informed suggestions to improve processes.

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or have Permanent Resident status.

Education: Summer 2018 internship opportunities are available for full-time undergraduate and graduate students working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Psychology or similar field of study. Completed Sophomore or Junior year preferred.
