The Southern Region of Otis North America has an opening(s) for a Regional Sales Manager(s) to lead the sales training program for new hire sales associates and the recapture process for the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with human resources to develop and implement the recruitment & succession strategy for identifying high performing sales professionals, developing strategic partnerships with target schools, and building professional relationships with sales organizations and agencies

  • Development and implement sales new hire training program consisting of onboarding, various sales processes and resource deployment

  • Execute training on CRM, Sales IC and other tools to administrate sales responsibilities

  • Manage recapture process to conduct blitzes across all branches to ensure preparation, communication, execution and follow up on actions

  • Manage national account RFPs

  • Work on management presentations for various regional and headquarter business reviews

Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly develop relationships and partner with line management

  • Ability to proactively drive process improvement and interact with all levels within the organization

  • Proficiency with MS office

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills that facilitates cross function interaction

  • Proven ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated

Travel

  • Consideration given to major cities in the Southeast-US.

  • Travel will be approximately 75%

Education:

  • BA/BS in business management or related field

  • MBA a plus
