This Associate Director, Bryant Sales is responsible for growing the Bryant brand by partnering with our salesforce, product, pricing and marketing teams, as well as our distribution partners to build strategic growth and implementation plans with our channel partners. Based on market performance and identified opportunities, the Candidate will be responsible for creating appropriate selling strategies with our distributor sales teams, and establishing a training and implementation programs as part of the growth plan. Additionally, if incremental selling opportunities, partnerships and/or unique channel opportunities are identified this position will take the lead in all related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to develop growth strategies for the Bryant brand and keeping the distribution channel engaged with the strategy

  • Partner and collaborate with the Bryant Channel Manager to implement marketing strategies, plans and programs to support Bryant sales while improving our competitive position

  • Lead our salesforce in all Bryant branded initiatives

  • Lead, influence and collaborate with distributor territory managers, sales managers, operations and executive leadership teams

  • Strong ability to work across the internal organization to ensure alignment with legal, finance, pricing, marketing and product teams

  • Ability to build consultative relationships with strategic partners, and coach team members on how to better build those relationships

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy for all verticals to better connect with our customers

  • Build the long term strategy for Bryant brand and implement the short term strategy needed

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Bryant product line, and the features and benefits

  • Monitor industry and home building, retail, market shifts, and competitive offering/approach to identify new opportunities

Qualification:

  • 4+ years HVAC industry experience in professional sales or marketing positions of increasing responsibility

  • Strong experience with two-step distribution channel

Education: The ideal candidate will possess BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience or MA/BMS degree with 7+ years of experience.
