Get onboard the UTC Aerospace Operations and Supply Chain team and play a part in managing our innovative products from inception to delivery. Operations and Supply Chain employees have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions, all while improving the productivity, quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide.

The Machine Shop Supervisor is responsible for managing the performance of the individuals on the shift to which they are assigned. This management is carried out through daily tiered accountability, pitch reviews, and real time problem resolution. The supervisor's objective is to set up their partners on alternate shifts for success through teamwork, thorough communication, and timely issue closure.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • On time execution of production, compliance to specifications, drawings, and quality requirements, and strict adherence to all Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience required.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

  • Self-starting attitude with a bias for action.
