We have an exciting opportunity to join our Ductless and VRF team, based in Atlanta, GA. This role offers growth potential both personally and professionally while immediately adding value to a dynamic product line.
The Technical Services Advisor is responsible for providing ductless and VRF product technical support to assist internal Carrier staff, the sales channel and field technical service managers with product issue resolution and product improvement initiatives.
Specific responsibilities for this position include:
Respond to customer technical inquiries by phone and e-mail while providing product technical troubleshooting and application support to Technical Service Managers and internal customers
Provide field problem job site support
Provide service and application feedback as part of the product design and launch teams
Review and/or write product literature, service bulletins and technical training program materials
Qualify, quantify and work to resolve field product issues
Provide web based or internal technical training on ductless systems
Education / certifications:
AA/AS degree with 1-3+ years experience
BA/BS degree with 0-2+ years experience
4+ years HVAC experience in lieu of degree
Experience / qualifications:
3+ years in HVAC industry.
1+ years’ experience in a position with extensive focus on troubleshooting and/or Ductless/VRF Installation
Extraordinary customer service skills required
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
Self-directed with a desire to work within a dynamic team environment
Strong problem solving abilities
