Description:

The Midwest Region of Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly driven Sales Represntative to sell service and maintenance contracts for elevators and escalators in the Madison/Central Wisconsin area.

As a member of our high performing sales team, you will help us execute this vision by serving as a primary customer contact, guiding customer success, and improving their experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Estimating, negotiating, and selling service and maintenance contracts to obtain new units on maintenance agreements

  • Partnering with service and maintenance supervision and technicians to retain current maintenance agreements through exceptional customer service and selling on factors other than price

  • Providing customers with basic elevator consultations and technical guidance

  • Monitoring collection of accounts receivables

  • Position requires 75% local travel to customer visits & industry-related events

Qualification:

  • Some prior sales & customer service experience required

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and Written

  • Customer focused with ability to interact with customers professionally

  • Results driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required
