We are currently searching for a Sr Manager, Logistics to join our team in Mexicali, MX (9000). Employing some of the most talented, dedicated people on the planet is not by chance. Direct availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products. Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of sales opportunities, or in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts. Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks and service agreements.
Responsible for workforce planning and organizational development initiatives: Talent Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Training.
Execute project plans, progress, and results: Perform maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers; Review handbooks for technical adequacy.
Responsibilities include budget maintenance: Ensure that departments are operating within their budgets.
Understand true customer requirements to ensure that their needs are being met.
Plans and contributes to proposal efforts.
Additional responsibilities include finding opportunities for growth and identifying creative solutions for logistics.
Develop an understanding of customers' needs, and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of sales opportunities or, in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts.
Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks and service agreements.
Review field support requirements and recommend tool and test equipment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, supply chain, or related field
3+ years’ field logistics management experience
Demonstrated understanding of customer goods industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
Must be fluent in English, ability to speak French would be desirable
