Description:

Pratt & Whitney Compression Systems Engineering is seeking a goal oriented, detail focused project engineer to work on the F135 Fan module. The selected candidate will work with various Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTL) on multiple projects to drive project completion. This position requires leadership, team work, communication skills, and a can do attitude

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate with IPTL’s to meet technical requirements and hardware deliveries.

  • Manage and run Green Belt projects to understand process variation and apply appropriate process controls.

  • Plan and manage budget for select tasks.

  • Prepare and present status on technical content to IPTL/CIPT

  • Process Class 2 engineering changes and limits tasks as needed.

  • Coordinate evaluation and disposition of quality non-conformances and supplier requests for information.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree w/0-2+ years related experience OR

  • MS degree w/1-2+ years related experience OR

Education:

Education

A B.S. or M.S. is required.

Travel 10%
