The Compression Systems Module Center delivers highly technical products to the Engine Centers and Spares Organizations. In this highly visible role, as an Industrial Lead , you will work directly with the CIPT for operations to manage industrial risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for systems, projects, and programs to maximize efficiency of manufacturing and delivering products including internal and external manufacturing sources.

  • Analyze information and evaluate results to recommend the best solutions based on data, for sourcing, engineering changes and industrial recoveries.

  • Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.

  • Utilize project management skills to ensure engineering changes are implemented without disrupting deliveries to the customer.

  • Work directly with suppliers and CSMC to ensure the entire Value Stream is meeting production delivery schedule.

Qualification:

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Operations Management or Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or Program Management experience with a Bachelors’ Degree OR 5+ years of Operations Management, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or Program Management with an Advanced Degree.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Team player with good communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and detailed task oriented.

  • Strong strategic leadership and talent development skills.
