Pratt and Whitney Eagle Supply is the F100, F119 and F135 component repair management organization for Pratt and Whitney Military Engine Sustainment Operations. Eagle Supply manages the maintenance, repair and overhaul value stream to meet Pratt and Whitney Engine Program, Fleet Management and US Government engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul requirements.

Eagle Supply has a rare opportunity for a Repair Project Manager at our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Establish positive working relationships with Product Teams and Repair Line Management.

  • Engage directly with leadership to identify and implement improvements to component repair business processes and procedures. Innovate, design, develop, and implement component repair business process, technologies and systems to improve compliance to specifications and customer requirements across engine programs.

  • Monitor and assess repair project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning systems to extract project supporting data; interpret, analyze and apply statistical techniques to project development and problem resolution

  • Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing repair management projects within company compliance guidelines

  • Establish repair management design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts. Meet program schedules and maintain integrated master schedules for project(s).

  • Coordinate with administrative and operations staff, line managers, engineering staff and customers.

  • The ability to quickly assess value stream problems, mine relevant information, evaluate information and provide data, formulate potential solutions is required.

  • You will need to adapt and evolve with rapidly changing business conditions in a growth oriented business environment.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems; SAP, US Govt. Property, Microsoft Office, Access Database is strongly preferred.

This role will conduct business according to UTC Code of Ethics, EH&S, Export procedures, P&W Policies & Procedures

Qualification: Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5 years of project management or project engineering experience

  • US Citizenship required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace experience Preferred

  • SAP Experience

  • Experience in MRO environment
