You are the key player in Detronics financial planning and analysis function. You will be working closely with FP&A manager in areas of financial forecast, reporting, analysis and business support to provide important information and insights to business functional leaders and upper level BU. You will contribute to enhance business awareness and understanding to help drive financial performance and to support strategic decision making.
Major Job Functions:
Support forecast process, working with FP&A manager and other functional leaders to complete all of the requirements for forecast cycle;
Complete HFM on forecast financials, supplemental and manufacturing metrics;
Support inquires on business outlook update and financial flashes;
Support annual operating plan activities;
Daily update for business dashboard;
Orders reporting for backlog, including weekly order update; load weekly orders;
Prepare departmental spending report from ERP system;
Revenue and cost tie up from ERP to reporting system;
Variance analysis on P&L and balance sheet items, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance;
Sales and margin analysis;
Products and customer analysis;
Pipeline analysis from CRM system (SFDC);
Support business reviews and operating reviews through reporting, analysis and presentations;
Participate and conduct monthly spending review meetings with functional leaders;
Financial support to projects and activities
Other Ad-Hoc Analysis, reporting and support requests.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field;
2+ years’ experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a multi-national environment.
Proficiency with MS Office, expert knowledge in Excel;
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Attention to detail, with high standard of accuracy;
Effective communication skills that support cross-functional/multi-cultural interaction;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Master’s degree in business or related field;
Experience in HFM, Sales Force & JD Edwards ERP systems;
Working knowledge in relationship database;
Previous experience in manufacturing environment;
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
