Carrier Commercial Services has an opening for a Sales Representative for our South Florida Market. As the Sales Representative you will be a key customer contact responsible for recommending solutions, quoting, and fulfilling sales requests while collaborating with external Sales leaders.
This role is a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have superior customer service. This is the ideal role for those that are ambitious and looking to grow their sales career with a leading HVAC Service organization.| o College degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline preferred. o Associate's degree with 1-3 years relevant experience preferred o Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years relevant experience preferred| o Quoting and sales o Prospecting and research of potential customers o Proactive and assertive outreach to potential customers o Account maintenance for existing customers, including understanding their problems, doing your absolute best to help them, and ensuring they are cared for in the process o Book quoted jobs including service contracts o Utilize applicable sales tools effectively (CRM, estimating software, etc.) o Collaborate with internal staff to deliver quality results Experience/Qualifications o Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) o Advanced ability to multi-task in a matrix, fast paced environment o Superb team building and relationship building ability o Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience o 3-5 years HVAC and/or service sales experience preferred
