Description:

Support the Infrastructure and Network Services Finance Managers in:

  • Validating, processing and auditing domestic and international charges.

  • Monthly vendor payment processing, ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

  • The development of the annual chargeback rates and reporting as necessary.

  • The preparation of the annual budget and reporting as necessary.

  • Performing budget to actual expense variance analysis.

  • The monthly IT expenses charge back to the business units.

  • Performing the charge back reconciliation.

  • Volume and headcount analysis.

  • Asset management research and analysis.

  • Invoice past due balance investigation and vendor maintenance.

  • Miscellaneous filing and report preparation.

Additional Comments

The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The individual needs to be a team player with good oral and written communication skills.

Qualification: Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation and organizational skills. A working knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Education: Working towards BA/BS degree (or in process) in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience. Must have/maintain an average GPA of 3.2 of higher.
