Job Summary -

  • Responsible for all Aftermarket Operations (overhaul & repair departments) within North Berwick Aero Systems.

  • The position will focus on the leadership of salaried and hourly employees in the organization along with production, planning & scheduling, allocation of resources, machining budget, inspection, efficient sequence of operations and workflow.

  • This position is critical to the overall success of North Berwick Aero Systems and will give you the opportunity to refine and continue to develop key leadership competencies along with an experience in a wide range of operational aspects of the business.

  • Read, write and speak English

Qualification:

Required Qualifications -

  • BS/BA Degree with 8+ years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications -

  • Advanced business or technical degree

  • Strong operational experience and supervisory experience with both hourly and salaried employees.

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt easily to changing business conditions

  • Strong customer focus, analytical skills, and business knowledge

  • Strong ability to drive and deliver results

  • Passion and understanding for ACE and continuous improvement, to help drive the organization to ACE gold.

Education: BS/BA Degree with 8+ years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
