At our Phoenix MRO, we specialize in the repair of electronic components for aircraft. As a Contracts Administrator with our team, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with internal and external customers on a daily basis to provide excellent customer service.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Managing commercial repair purchase orders and military contracts

  • Acknowledging, quoting, and invoicing customer orders

  • Managing customer contractual requirements

  • Effectively processing units to maintain customer service levels and avoid turnaround time penalties

  • Determining validity of warranty claims

  • Adhering to import and export compliance regulations

  • Working effectively with internal customers such as program managers, field service representatives and shop personnel

  • Responding to internal and external customer requests such as status updates and price justification in a timely manner

Qualification:

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in contracts administration or related role

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Consistently perform assigned duties in a self-directed, timely manner

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

  • Government repair contracting

  • Military FAR’s and DFAR’s

  • SAP

  • Continuous improvement processes and tools (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)

Working Environment:

  • Occasionally provide weekend and holiday support to meet customer needs
