ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER
- This position is for a entry-level Software Engineering professional responsible for software engineering processes and activities. Consolidates test results and conducts single disciplinary research, applying hardware and software standards.
Work in all phases of the software development life cycle using Agile development practices following the Scaled Agile Framework
design, develop, implement and test embedded, real-time software
Develop tools and applications for Windows and Linux environments
Develop innovative tools and testing infrastructures that support model-based automated code generation as well as automated build and continuous integration and test using Python and C+ Basic Qualifications:
BS in computer engineering or STEM
U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates must possess or meet eligibility requirements for obtaining a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance.
Experience developing software in C or C++ for home and/or school projects
Experience with configuration management tools and processes
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a professional team environment
Motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills
Experience with Python, Perl and other scripting languages
Experience with networking protocols and standards
