  • Provide technical support to operations.

  • Develop processes / procedures for manufacturing areas under his/her responsibility.

  • Maintain product and company reputation by complying with ethics and ITC regulations.

  • Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's recommendations and established procedures; requesting special service.

  • Responsible for projects and/or multiple tasks within functional discipline.

  • Develop initiatives to reduce operating costs, cycle time, and drive quality by streamlining and refining critical processes and procedures.

  • Work with moderate guidance on projects with short-term focus.

  • Perform extensive analysis to determine root cause of top quality and variation drivers impacting manufacturing processes.

  • Responsible to identify new technology, budget justifications for new equipment (Capital Projects) and lead the implementation of the new equipment.

  • Evaluate non-conforming materials in order to provide disposition and rework / repair instructions.

  • Has a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the discipline and role continuing to develop specialized knowledge

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
