Position Overview:

  • Responsible for establishing fundamentals required to build a strong relationship with high level key personnel with assigned customers and develop understanding of key stakeholders within Collins Aerospace.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of customers’ market and business plans/strategies.

  • Establish resolution priorities for the customers by owning the problem resolution process. Specific Role Responsibilities: Customer Management: • Provide recommendations to support repair, spares and inventory forecast/planning and corporate strategy initiatives.• Own the Aftermarket customer interface for Collins Aerospace.• Coordinate with Customer Support Managers to support new business opportunities and raise any known technical issues with Field Service Managers and follow-up on progress.• Facilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues while leveraging on functional Customer Service groups / product line program management• Maintain executive briefing documents and strategy documents for assigned customers as needed• Accounts receivable management New Business Growth: • Know the customer’s organization, culture, structure, key decision makers and the customer decision making process and be responsible for overall customer satisfaction for assigned customer.• Required to liaise with customers’ senior level personnel on existing programs as well as discussions on future programs

  • Manage relationship with customer to support business growth and ensure high service levels REQUIREMENTS

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in related aerospace or aviation activities

  • This position will require frequent travel (20%).

  • Strong customer relationship building and interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated and energetic individual with a competitive drive

  • Assumes ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility

  • Resourceful and innovative

  • Outstanding written, negotiation, presentation and verbal communication skills

  • Able to demonstrate solid judgement, plan and accomplish goals

  • Demonstrate ethical behaviour and act with integrity at all times
