Presently, we are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager with at least 5 years of working experience in solution sales and key stakeholder management within the HVAC sector.

The incumbent will be part of a global team in serving our customers and be responsible for the development and performance of enterprise accounts for SEAP market with our broad portfolio of products, solutions and services.

Responsibilities :

  • Focus on strategic B2B engagement to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights to drive better outcomes

  • Articulate and deliver prepared business value propositions that communicate the Company’s solution, services and commercial offering in a compelling way to both executive and technical decision makers

  • Work closely with relevant business units to bring innovative solutions to address customer needs in efficiency, occupant experience, safety and security

  • Maintain a cadence of activities such as opportunity and account strategy planning, reporting of sales achieved and sales forecasts and other Company’s activity metrics

  • Understand the business development process and is able to overcome competitive and technical objections while positioning the Company’s solutions and services

Requirements :

  • Possess 5 – 7 years of working experience in solution sales and key stakeholder management

  • Knowledge and familiarity of green mark standard across SEA countries is highly advantage

  • Ability to develop a customer base, prospect new accounts, retain existing accounts and increase opportunities with existing customers

  • Proven track record working with clients across Hospitality, Healthcare, Data Centre, Higher Education, Retail & Commercial will be advantageous

  • Excellent communication skills; articulate and able to present well

  • Regional role - travelling required of up to 60% across SEA
