Create and maintain solid business relationship with the major airlines for an assigned geographical territory (Asia - Pacific). Develop sales strategies to secure additional business growth. P&WC is looking for an individual that will influence and participate at every steps of the sales process, from the proposal to the contract closure. That includes:
Working closely with the P&WC marketing organization, our Pay per Hour product team, Finance and the contract management organization;
Prepare long term agreements (LTAs), respond to tenders and manage existing and create new business relationships;
Recommending sales strategies to senior management to secure growth objectives and maintain competitiveness.
Solve the problems and the questions of the customers in a suitable way;
Communicate the ideas for the development of products;
Take an active part in the development of plans of strategic sale;
Visit customers and attend trade shows as needed.
Work with Customer Management teams and Repair & Overhaul facilities to ensure service delivery as committed.
The selected candidate will have to be driven by sales results to reach established sales targets.
Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Aeronautics with 6 to 10 years of experience;
Master’s Degree including MBA considered an asset but not required.
The selected candidate need to speak English fluently, Mandarin is a plus;
Professional with strong autonomy and business enthusiast and evolving mindset;
Possess self-motivation, team oriented and positive attitude;
Excellent negotiation/problem solving/presentation skills along with strong strategic thinking and creativity to achieve Win-Win complex solutions;
Successful relationship building skills in a long sales cycle business;
Understanding of general business/contractual aspects of sales (including general contract clauses, credit approvals, delivery agreements);
Ability to lead the sales effort and opportunity closure from distance is essential
Ability to influence positively people within the P&WC organization;
Strong working knowledge of aircraft industry is desirable.
Aircraft airframe and Engine/APU OEM account management and/or sales experience is a plus.
